TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. IDENTIFICATION

2. PURPOSE
This document governs the terms and conditions for contracting the services offered by Ramón Fidalgo, as well as the use of this website.
Contracting any service implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. CONTRACTING
The contract is formalized through a written quote accepted by the client (email, WhatsApp, or signed document).
No work will begin without prior acceptance of the quote.
4. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS
• A 30% deposit of the quote is required to reserve a date.
• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of the materials.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, Bizum, or cash.
5. CANCELLATIONS
By the client:
• More than 7 days before the service: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before: the deposit will not be refunded.
• Cancellation on the day of the service: 100% of the quote will be charged.
By the professional:
Full refunds will be issued, except in cases of force majeure or breach of contract by the professional.
6. DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
The delivery timeframe will be agreed upon with the client beforehand.
The materials will be delivered digitally via a private download link.
7. EDITING AND STYLE
The client contracts Ramón Fidalgo's signature creative style.
Up to two rounds of reasonable revisions are included.
Additional revisions will be quoted separately.
8. USAGE RIGHTS
Ramón Fidalgo, as the author, retains intellectual property rights to the created materials, in accordance with Intellectual Property Law.
The client obtains a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their own personal or commercial purposes, without the possibility of sublicensing or transferring them to third parties without written consent.
Ramón Fidalgo reserves the right to use the materials for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for obtaining image rights releases from any individuals appearing in the materials, if applicable.
9. DRONE WORK
Flights will be conducted in accordance with the current regulations of the Spanish State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA).
If, due to legal or weather-related reasons, the flight cannot be carried out, the client will be notified to explore alternative options.
10. LIABILITY
No liability will be assumed for delays or inability to perform the flight due to weather conditions, legal restrictions, or force majeure.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will be used solely for professional management purposes, without being transferred to third parties except where legally required.
The client has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port their data by contacting ramonfv3@gmail.com. For more details, please consult the Privacy Policy on the website.
12. MODIFICATIONS
Ramón Fidalgo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, notifying the client in advance in the case of ongoing contracts.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
The parties submit to Spanish law and the courts of the professional's domicile.
